Returns

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with every product you receive and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  However, we sometimes understand that a product might not work out!

Before requesting a return, please be advised:

• Consumable and liquid products cannot be returned for any reason.  This is for health, safety, and peace of mind!
  
  
• You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

• Items sent back to us first without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

• We do not accept returns on sale items.

• We do not offer refunds.  We only offer exchanges.

• It may take up to 7 days to process your return from the time of receipt.

• You are responsible for shipping your item back to us.

To start the return process, please Contact Us and provide 1) order number, description of problem, and specify store credit or exchange.  If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
